Notes:
In 1901 Joshua Bowman sold 1.5 acres of land to the deacons of the Old Order Mennonite Church. The same year a white frame meetinghouse was erected on the present site and an adjoining cemetery enclosed.

The meetinghouse was identified as South Peel until 1992, after which it was referred to as Peel.
